(1) No purchase necessary.
(2) Must be 18 or older to enter.
(3) Must be a U.S. citizen.
(4) Employees of YourLI.com, Long Island Radio Group, participating sponsors, their agencies, and their families are ineligible to participate.
(5) Winner is required to meet eligibility standards described herein.
(6) Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize.
(7) Winner agrees to hold harmless YourLI.com, Long Island Radio Group, and all participating sponsors, their agencies, and their employees and directors from any claims resulting from injuries, losses, damages, costs, legal fees, and litigation charges associated with the use of possession of prizes.
(8) YourLI.com makes no warranties with respect to the prize.
(9) No substitute prizes are to be provided in lieu of prizes.
(10) Prize is not transferable to any other person.
(11) YourLI.com is not responsible for any errors caused by malfunctioning computer equipment or circuits, or nay problems arising from the use of computers.

(14) In the event that the Grand Prize cannot be awarded for whatever reason, or if a winner does not meet eligibility requirements, YourLI.com and its sponsors retain the right to select an alternate means to award prize. Prize may be awarded to another qualifier if deemed necessary.
(15) Definition of Qualifier: Any person who meets eligibility requirements described herein, who wins qualifying prize through radio contesting, or who is selected in any random drawing described below.

- Description of Prize:
- One (1) prize consisting of a four-day, three-night Luxury Included ® stay for two (2) adults to any of the seven Sandals Resorts located in Jamaica and 2 round-trip economy class airline tickets from New York (JFK) to Montego Bay, Jamaica.
- Sandals Resorts is a Luxury Included ® resort destination. Therefore, the prize will include deluxe accommodations, all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving for certified divers, snorkeling, gratuities, and transfers to and from the designated airport.
- Telephone calls, Red Lane® Spa treatments and Services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes, and purchased made at the Sandals Specialty Shops are not included.
- Prize must be redeemed for travel between August 17, 2009 and August 10, 2010 and all travel must be completed by August 10, 2010. The prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the prize has expired.
- The prize is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates apply. Travel is not permitted on Air Jamaica during the blackout period which is as follows: December 15 – January 7; July 1 – September 15; four days before and after any major U.S. holiday; and seven days before and after Easter. Sandals reservations will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to the selected travel date. The following are blackout periods for all prize winner stays at Sandals Resorts. Seven days before/after any major US holiday (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Christmas, and New Years).
- The Jamaica Tourist Board will take care of taxes and fees associated with the hotel and airline.
- Sandals Resorts reserves the right to relocate any confirmed prizewinner from their resort of choice to an alternate resort within the chain upon availability of space for the secured travel dates.
- Air Jamaica will provide round-trip, economy class airfare from New York (JFK) to Montego Bay, Jamaica.
- Entries will be accepted Thursday, August 6th through Thursday, August 13th, 2009. The winner will be announced on KJOY 98.3FM and www.kjoy.com on Friday, August 14, 2009, between 5am and 9am.
(17) One entry per person and one entry per household for the entire contest duration.
(18) Each qualifier may qualify only once. Qualification may not be transferred to any other person.
(19) Qualifiers will be ineligible to win any other prize from YourLI.com for six months from the date of qualification.
(20) WKJY-FM management constitutes panel of official contest judges. All decisions by judges are final. |
